Itinerary

  • 7:30am: Pickup from your hotel in Puno and transfer to the port
  • 8:00am: Departure by boat to the Uros Islands
  • 9:00am: Visit the floating islands of Uros and learn about their way of life
  • 10:00am: Departure to Taquile Island
  • 11:00am: Arrival at Taquile Island and a short hike to the main square

  • If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before the start of your tour, we will refund 49%.
  • If you cancel less than 3 days before the start of your tour, there will be no refunds.

Peak travel time to Lake Titicaca is between the months of June, July, and August, during the heart of the dry season, when the weather is less likely to ruin your trip. The mid-seasons in April-May and September-November have nice weather and fewer crowds.

We recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes, sunscreen, a hat, and a light jacket.
