By booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you make a reservation on behalf of other participants, you warrant that you have the authority to accept and accept these Terms on behalf of the other participants in your group.

By booking or participating in a tour and any related product or service (a «Reservation» or «Tour») with Peru Wayn Picchu EIRL, («Peru Wayna Picchu»), you («you») agree to these Terms and Conditions (the terms»).

Registration and Payment

• 30% deposit is required (minimum US$199). at the time of booking. All flights (domestic and international) must be paid 100% in advance to secure spaces. Customers who book by phone, fax or email will be deemed to have read the booking conditions.
• A reservation is accepted and becomes final from the date Peru Wayna Picchu has received the Customer’s deposit. It is at this point that a binding contract between Peru Wayna Picchu, EIRL and the Client enters into force.
• We accept payments by credit card, certified check, wire transfer, or money order for your deposit. all wiring and transfer costs must be borne by the Customer.
• The balance is due 30 days prior to departure. If your reservation is made within 30 days of departure, the full cost of the trip must be paid at the time of confirmation.

Passports and Visas

It is the Client’s responsibility to be in possession of a valid passport, visa permits, vaccinations and preventive medications that may be required by the authorities of the countries visited during the duration of the tour. The information on these matters or related items is provided in good faith, but without responsibility on the part of Peru Wayna Picchu.

Postponement by the client

With 30 days written notice prior to arrival, client may postpone travel up to 5 years and receive travel credit toward future travel (re-quote before booking)

• The client does not need to have new dates selected to postpone. Dates can be chosen later. Please note that some services and hotels may require a more advanced reservation due to high demand/limited availability.
• Period before arrival when written notification is received. Deferral rate as a percentage
• More than 10 days 0% 9 – or less Quantities will vary.
• If your itinerary includes the Inca Trail, Machu Picchu deferral charges will be charged.
• International and domestic airfare do not apply to the deferral terms. Peru Wayna Picchu will apply the refund policies of the airline and will refund the amount to the customer less administrative charges.
• Hotels, and selected trains may have different deferral terms and fees may apply.

Cancellation by the client

The initial $199 deposit paid to reserve the trip is non-refundable.
Payments for flights are refunded in accordance with the Carrier’s refund policies less administrative fees.
All other reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to the tour arrival date are subject to the following cancellation fees:

• Period before arrival when written notification is received. Cancellation fee as a percentage of the price of refundable services 10-29 days 50% 9 days or less 100%
• In the event that part of a reservation is cancelled, the remaining part may be required to pay additional charges (for example, under-occupancy or single room supplements).
• Please note that for large groups (eg 10 or more people traveling together) or special quotes and services, different cancellation deadlines may apply.

Air Transport

PeruWaynaPicchu will not accept any responsibility for errors or mistakes in air ticket reservations made by independent third parties. The traveler’s confirmed webpage will have detailed tour information, and it is up to the traveler to ensure correct arrival and departure flight information from the tour start and end cities. The Independent Agent will arrange the airfare at the best available price in the class category you request at the time of booking. Please note that certain airfares are subject to a service fee. Cancellation penalties may apply if you cancel or change your air reservation before or after your departure.

The airlines in question will not be responsible for any act, omission or event during the time that passengers are not on board their aircraft or means of transport. These programs can use the services of any IATA operator. International airlines are subject to international air conventions that limit their liability. The limitations of liability are found on the back of the airline ticket and are part of the terms and conditions of this package. The ticket contract in use by these companies, once issued, will constitute the only contract between the companies and the buyer of these travel programs and/or tickets.

Limits of liability

Peru Wayna Picchu cannot guarantee the accuracy of any hotel, resort or other brochure that is not published by them, but that may be provided as an additional service to the Client.

Peru Wayna Picchu accepts responsibility for ensuring that the vacation that the Client books with them is provided as described in the final version of the travel program that the Client will receive upon arrival and for ensuring that the services meet a reasonable standard.

Peru Wayna Picchu acts solely as agent under the legal conditions that, exercising all possible precautions, it is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, damages, losses, additional expenses, accidental delays or other irregularities that may be caused by willful acts or omissions. or negligent of the companies or people that provide or contract transportation, accommodation, or other services related to the tour, or due to natural disasters, social upheavals, Covid 19, or other causes.

Promotional photography

PeruWaynaPicchu reserves the right to take photographs during the operation of any program or part thereof and use them for promotional purposes. By making a reservation with PeruWaynaPicchu, program members agree to allow their images to be used in such photographs. Program members who prefer not to have their images used are asked to identify themselves with their travel program companion at the start of their program.
